As someone who had big fears and past trauma of dentist, I would just like to say a huge thank you to, Dr Gill and Ebony for giving me the confidence and ability to smile again and Jodie the hygienist for putting me at ease and readying me for everything that was to come in my treatments. Absolutely brilliant service, went in for my first hygienist appointment and was blown away. After many years of daily smoking and non-flossing they managed to rejuvenate my smile. Jodie and Lisa were incredible, they were extremely knowledgeable and gave great advice on how to improve my oral health and even gave advice relating to the environmental impact of using plastic flossing showing me a great alternative of water dental flossers and even found me an affordable option during my appointment to order once I was home. Apart from the appointment itself Jodie and Lisa were very kind, friendly and funny. Absolute 5* service 🙂

Mel is the most wonderful dentist. She extracted 3 teeth without pain. Even the injections were pain free. I have had lots of extractions over the years and this was the best experience by far. Very kind and considerate. A lovely team.

Everyone was really friendly and nice at the dentist it’s my first time , so my comment is nothing personal I just think all dental treatments are extremely expensive and there isn’t enough options for paying I’m a NHS patient and am a stay at home mum I’m unhappy with certain things about my teeth and being an NHS patient. I can’t really resolve them as you have to go private to get what you would want to make you more confident

This was my first experience with Faversham Smiles. Even though I arrived 10 minutes early I was seen straight away which was great. I was seen by Dr Magdalena and Daisy who were both lovely, they asked me about my day and were really welcoming. The whole experience was super quick, easy and made going to the dentist actually pleasant. The ladies on the reception desk were also really lovely. I am really happy with Faversham Smiles. Faversham Smiles are hands down the best dental practice I have ever been to. Their care and advice has been brilliant. I'm an extremely nervous patient but over time I have gotten better mainly due to their understanding and care. My regular dentist there is fantastic and takes care to explain everything to me.I have seen their hygienist Jodi twice now and her advice has been invaluable. I have been back today after a traumatic first visit (not due to them but my own fear) and everything is so much better. I can't recommend them enough. My son goes to them as well for his check ups and they make it such a fun experience for him.

Faversham Smiles were recommended to me as I was looking to have some cosmetic dentistry. I cannot praise them highly enough, Dr Gill worked wonders with my smile. I had my teeth whitened, composite bonding and replacement crown work. I haven’t stopped smiling since.

I've had a lot of dental treatment over the years and had to have another filling today, I can honestly say it was the best experience of any I have had previously, the brilliant dentist used numbing gel before the local injection - I did not feel any pain at all not during the injection or the filling itself. I also saw the hygienist who was also excellent, everyone I have met so far in the practice has been amazing, very friendly and helpful, would not hesitate to recommend 🙂

Emergency appointment needed before our holiday and Faversham Smiles managed to get me seen on the same day even though they were fully booked. Balsam the dentist was tremendous as were the reception staff.Very pleased and have booked various appointments with them.

My daughter broke both of her front teeth and we have seen so many dentists to try and fix them. I was recommended faversham smiles and so glad I managed to get an appointment. The dentist was amazing and was brilliant with my daughter making her feel at ease. The fix she has done on her teeth compared to previous attempts by other dentists is amazing! You wouldn’t know she ever broke them, fantastic work she is so skilled and made my daughter feel confident again. Thank you ◡̈

Went for a “couples” hygienist treatment on the 25th August 2023 3 30pm and saw the lovely Jodie & Ebony. First time experience at Faversham smiles and cannot fault the experience. Was seen to promptly and the friendless from both ladies was first class. Both ladies took a genuine interest in both myself and my partner and made the experience so pleasurable. I had severe tooth pain and was able to be seen the same day. The staff at reception are polite. The dentist was brilliant and spent time to solve the issue I had. The service you receive from this practice is second to none. The best dentist around.

Love this Dentist. It’s modern, clean, the staff are friendly and we have rarely been kept waiting longer than a couple of minutes for our appt. The Dentist is so friendly and the whole experience was very relaxing and pleasant.

I cannot recommend Faversham Smiles enough. Like most people (I imagine), the thought of dental treatment fills me with dread and anxiety. I had a filling replaced today and due to the caring and thoughtful nature of the dentist and assistant, I was able to switch off during the treatment and consider what my plans were for the weekend! I almost can’t wait for my next checkup! Thank you 😊

My first experience at Faversham Smiles was almost perfect. The service offered by the dentist was fantastic and really could not fault them at all. The whole building is cleaned to perfection and the the advice I was given was fantastic. I even had a full X ray on my teeth and got to see this on a lovely big screen so I could really analyse what was going on. The only thing that let it down was the interaction or should I say lack of interaction with one of the receptionists. She didn't look at me once when she booked in my next treatments for teeth whitening and clearly did not care for the fact I was unsure of what days to book next as I did not have my work diary in front of me at the time. She was quick to book it regardless and appeared incredibly impatient and abrupt in her tone. She actually looked as though she really didn't want to be there and that I was wasting her time! As someone who works in customer service, I tend to look for the way people respond to me and I do believe more training should be given in the understanding the atmosphere the front desk creates. I have, however, still recommended faversham smiles to my partner because it was on the whole a brilliant service but have warned him about a potential frosty reception from the people at the front! I will be looking out for the service I receive at my next appointment in the hope this receptionist improves.

Emily is such an amazing dentist. She is friendly, kind, thorough and put me at ease for a root canal which I was nervous about. All the staff are friendly and helpful and I have recommended to family who now also are registered. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Fantastic Dental Practice. I was extremely nervous of any dental treatment having had some terrible experiences in the past with other practices however, Faversham Smiles have really helped to restore my confidence and have taken the time to explain procedures thoroughly and reassuringly and have made me feel very welcome on every visit, I no longer feel like my appointments are rushed and have been greeted by caring professionals on every occasion. From the receptionists, dental assistants to the friendly, very skilled Hygienist, the amazing and extremely talented dentist through to the superb implantologist the whole team really have gone out of their way to ensure that you leave the practice reassured and happy with the treatment every time. The team at Faversham Smiles integrates seamlessly and I could not offer better praise. They have really helped to change my fear of dentistry and I can’t thank the team enough. Best decision I have made and I have never seen my teeth look so good. Looking forward to the final results.

A trip to the dentist is usually not most peoples idea of fun, but though I wont say I look forward to my appointments at Faversham Smiles I have absolutely no qualms or anxiety regarding them. The work is always carried out with excellent professionalism and expertize and the Denist always explains any procedure she carries out, and it is usually over before I even know its started. All the staff are friendly, polite, professional and cheerful and the facilities could not be better. Signing up with Faversham Smiles was certainly one of the smartest things Ive ever done!

Emily is the best dentist I have ever been to- her inspections are thorough, including checking all soft tissue in the mouth and she gives clear explanations of all the possible options for treatment and the costs involved. A fantastic dental practice. As a nervous patient I went here earlier in the year having read great reviews from similarly nervous people and I have not been disappointed. I have been twice now and was made to feel at ease both times by both the dentist and her nurse, and the hygienist. I have also taken my son who received the same amazing care and explanation from the dentist as me. My husband is going to go there too! I have never been anywhere with staff that have taken so much time to explain everything and give easy to follow advice for looking after your teeth yourself. Would not hesitate to recommend.

So glad I changed to this practice. Had dreadful experience with another Faversham practice (not too far from Smiles) which shook my confidence in hygienists. Helen was truely professional, first replying to all my queries via email.....and delightful , gentle and thoroughly competent in her practise.As indeed was her assistant Chloe too .I have no hesitation in continuing to have treatment at this practice. Thoroughly recommend it.

Seen on time and the first thing the dentist did was introduced herself and her assistant. Made me feel totally at ease. Need 2 fillings and was able to get a follow up appointment...the same week! No pressure to have any treatment I didn't want to have. Everything was explained clearly and concisely. Would thoroughly recommend Faversham Smiles without hesitation! Even if you have phobias..go and see, one of the best dentists I have been to in years! Thank you to everyone at Smiles! See you soon 😀Just had my 6 month check up. Again, I can't fault the service. Polite friendly staff, dentist (Emily) and her assistant made me feel welcome and at ease (who likes going to visit dentist?!). Emily explained everything fully. Didn't feel rushed in any way. Lovely receptionist, I got the time wrong and sadly arrived half an hour late. No problem, fitted in, in the afternoon. I feel my teeth and oral hygiene are well cared for. I have had a warning about the appointment, but that is really okay, it was my fault.

I hadn't been to a dentist for several years and was very nervous and embarrassed about the condition of my teeth. I have just made my 3rd visit and I am so happy with the treatment I am receiving. Nobody has been judgmental, simply very kind and supportive. The dentist is lovely and explains everything to me without being the slightest bit patronising. The nurses, hygienist and receptionists are all very nice too and I feel very comfortable there. I have more treatment to come and I don't have any qualms at all, just looking forward to have nice teeth again. I certainly will not be leaving it years between appointments ever again! First visit yesterday and wow what a great impression. The practice has a professional front end, with a spacious modern waiting area. The reception team were three persons strong, with all of them friendly and courteous. Going through to the practice rooms it felt like a well respected private consulting area, clean, bright and professional. The dentists and assistants were extremely friendly and most importantly explained everything without feeling like you were being rushed. All in, very pleased, it's taken me about 10 years to settle and find a good practice! I look forward to returning, which you don't usually say about dentists!
